Scope
Intended Audience: All Users
Due to various factors there are certain devices that are either prohibited, or not supported on the platform. The list below is meant solely as an example and is not to be considered a complete list of devices.
Limited Support Devices
We will be unable to provide support for the below items and recommend reaching out to the vendor to swap for ethernet-based versions of these items, if available.
- Unsupported ATAs used for faxing
- Credit card terminals
- Burglar alarms
- ATMs
- Postage machines
NOTE: If you are a current Pitney Bowes customer you can order an ethernet connectivity kit at no charge here.
End of Life Devices
Servant Voice will not provide support for any end of life devices regardless of brand. Clients are free to provision or register devices at their own risk; however, we cannot guarantee they will work as expected.
Questions and Concerns
Most of these items would be best served by a POTS line. In cases where a POTS line is unavailable, the service provider can usually provide a cellular modem. Please direct any questions or concerns to your service provider. Your service provider reserves the right to modify this list as we deem necessary.
